This page supports Vellupix for iOS and iPadOS, bundle identifier digital.softforge.Vellupix.

Email support@softforge.digital with your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Vellupix version, what you expected, and the steps that produced the issue. Please do not attach a private document, ID, signature, financial record, or unredacted screenshot unless you deliberately want us to inspect that copy.

Support is available in English and French. We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day.

Importing PDFs and images

Use Import PDFs or Images for Apple's Files picker, or Choose from Photos for Apple's limited system Photos picker. Vellupix receives only the items you select. Cloud-only items may need to download through Apple or your file provider before import.

Vellupix rejects encrypted or damaged PDFs and applies a 200 MB per-file limit, a 120-page per-PDF limit, image-dimension limits, and a 200-page workbench limit. For a larger job, split the source into smaller batches first.

Editing and export

Arrange pages with Edit, swipe to remove pages, and use each page's controls to crop or rotate. Choose Best quality, Balanced, or Small file, then export one clean PDF, separate JPEG images, or one PDF per page through Apple's share sheet.

PDF pages are flattened for clean output. Original selectable text, links, forms, annotations, attachments, scripts, document metadata, and vector structure are not preserved. Source image location and camera metadata are not copied to exported images.

Privacy and local data

Vellupix does not maintain a persistent document library or upload documents to SoftForge Digital. The workbench is memory-only, and managed temporary exports are removed when a new app session begins. Copies you deliberately save or share are controlled by their destination.
