We provide support for our applications, platforms, and services. This page describes how to reach us, response times, and the languages we support.

1. How to get support

The fastest way to reach us is by email at contact@softforge.digital. Please include:

  • The product, application, or service you have a question about
  • A description of the issue or question, including any relevant error messages
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable
  • Your device, operating system, and application version (for app-related issues)

2. Response times

We aim to acknowledge support requests within one business day. Resolution time depends on complexity and severity. Customers under a separate support agreement may have priority service-level commitments.

3. Languages

We provide support in English and French.

4. Account-related requests

For account deletion requests, please refer to our Account Deletion page.

5. Reporting security issues

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in one of our products, please email contact@softforge.digital with details. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you on a coordinated resolution.
