Email support@softforge.digital with your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, TubTines version, what you expected, and the steps that produced the issue. Support is available in English and French, and we aim to acknowledge requests within one business day.

How to empty a bath

Tap a water cluster or let Snap Assist choose one, then follow the visible Dip, Lift, and Pour actions. Repeat until the water counter reaches zero. Hint highlights a valid cluster, Undo restores the previous action, and Rotate changes the view of the diorama.

There is no failure timer. Optional action targets affect only the star score.

Accessibility and display

TubTines supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver water announcements, Reduce Motion, high-contrast water, left-handed controls, optional haptics, and iPad portrait and landscape layouts.

Progress and privacy

Progress is stored only on your device. TubTines has no account or cloud database, so support cannot recover or synchronize deleted progress. You can reset local progress from Settings.
