Email support@softforge.digital with your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Hushstraw version, what you expected, and the steps that produced the issue. Support is available in English and French, and we aim to acknowledge requests within one business day.

How to play

Start a Journey or Daily Search, rotate the miniature stack, and remove one exposed straw at a time. A straw blocked by another piece cannot be plucked yet. Once its blockers are cleared, collect the revealed needle to finish the level.

Use Hint to highlight a useful removable straw. The visible Pluck control provides an assisted alternative when precise selection is difficult, and Undo restores the previous move.

Accessibility and display

Hushstraw supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels, Reduce Motion, high-contrast cues, adjustable haptics, and iPad portrait and landscape layouts. These options are available in Settings.

Progress and privacy

Progress is stored only on your device. Hushstraw has no account or cloud database, so support cannot recover or synchronize deleted progress. You can reset local progress from Settings.
