Spoonmere — Privacy Policy

1. The short version

• Spoonmere has no account, login, backend, cloud database, advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDK.
• SoftForge Digital does not receive gameplay, progress, settings, device identifiers, or personal information through Spoonmere.
• Every pond and all core gameplay work without an internet connection.

2. Local gameplay data

Spoonmere stores progress, rescue records, campaign seeds, gameplay totals, onboarding state, and preferences in the app's private local storage. The information is used only to resume your journey and settings on that device.

You can reset progress in the app. Removing the app removes its local container according to iOS behavior. With no account or server, SoftForge Digital cannot view, recover, synchronize, correct, or remotely delete this local data.

3. Sharing and daily levels

The Pond of the Day is generated locally from the UTC date. SP1 pond codes are created and parsed on the device. If you choose Share, Apple's share sheet lets you select a destination; that destination handles the copy under its own terms. Spoonmere does not send codes to SoftForge Digital.

4. Permissions and network use

Spoonmere requests no access to the camera, microphone, Photos, contacts, location, Bluetooth, local network, or notifications. It includes no custom networking code. Its privacy manifest declares only the app-local UserDefaults access used for progress and preferences.

5. Website, Apple services, and changes

Opening this page or contacting support occurs outside Spoonmere and is governed by the SoftForge Digital website privacy policy. Apple may separately process App Store downloads, device backups, and optional analytics or diagnostics under your Apple settings and Apple's policies.

If a future Spoonmere release changes these practices, this notice, the in-app privacy explanation, privacy manifest, and App Store disclosures will be updated before that behavior ships.
